Volkswagen India Initiates Monsoon Car Care For Enhanced Driving Safety
Volkswagen India has launched its annual Monsoon Car Care campaign, aimed at ensuring safe and hassle-free driving during the monsoon season. The initiative common issues such as visibility, braking, and skidding that drivers face during heavy rains.
To help customers prepare for these challenges, Volkswagen is offering a complimentary 40-point vehicle health check-up. This service is available across 142 service outlets in India and includes inspections of brakes, tyres, wipers, and front & rear lights.
Mr. Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Volkswagen Passenger Cars India, emphasised the company's commitment to customer safety. "Our Monsoon Car Care Campaign underscores the Volkswagen Brand's dedication to customer centricity and safety. We understand the unique challenges that come with driving during the monsoon season. Through this proactive measure, we want our customers to have a safe and hassle-free driving experience enabling them to enjoy their journeys without any concern," he stated.
In addition to the complimentary check-up, Volkswagen offers an Extended Warranty and Service Value Package. These packages can be purchased at dealerships or booked online, enhancing the overall ownership experience.
Additional Services for Peace of Mind
For added security during the monsoons, customers can enrol in the Volkswagen Road Side Assistance (RSA) program. This service provides immediate help in case of vehicle breakdowns or emergencies.
The 2-year Service Value Package and comprehensive Extended Warranty package are now available at a revised price. These options offer customers greater peace of mind by covering various potential issues that may arise during the monsoon season.
