Volkswagen Taigun, Tiguan, Virtus Gets Huge Discounts Up To 2.8 Lakhs: Save Big This November

Volkswagen India is rolling out some substantial discounts this November on their popular models, including the Taigun SUV, Virtus sedan, and Tiguan SUV. Here's a quick breakdown of the offers available:

Taigun Offers

For November, the Taigun equipped with the 115hp 1.0 TSI engine comes with discounts up to Rs 1.5 lakh. Entry-level models have special reduced prices up to Rs 69,000, but no additional cash discounts. The 150hp 1.5 TSI Taigun variants, however, see even more savings with special prices up to Rs 1.37 lakh lower, plus exchange and loyalty benefits.

Owners looking for MY2023 models get an additional Rs 50,000 cash discount, and if the model has two airbags, they can save another Rs 40,000 (since VW made six airbags standard on all new models from June 2024). The biggest savings, up to Rs 2.8 lakh, are reserved for the MY2023 Taigun GT 1.5 TSI Chrome and GT 1.5 TSI DSG trims.

Virtus Deals

Discounts on the Virtus sedan can reach Rs 1.9 lakh on MY2023 Topline variants with two airbags. Entry-level Comfortline and Highline models also have reduced prices, allowing buyers to save up to Rs 76,000.

The biggest savings of up to Rs 2 lakh are available on the 2023 Highline trim. Buyers of select 150hp, 1.5-liter engine models can also get Rs 50,000 in exchange and loyalty benefits. Like the Taigun, MY2023 Virtus models get an Rs 50,000 discount, with an extra Rs 40,000 off for models with two airbags.

Tiguan Savings

The flagship Tiguan comes with a cash discount of up to Rs 1 lakh. While MY2023 models have a slightly lower discount at Rs 75,000, these cars also include a 4-year service package valued at over Rs 90,000.

There's no loyalty bonus on the Tiguan, but buyers can benefit from a Rs 75,000 exchange bonus or up to Rs 20,000 in scrappage bonuses. All in all, the Tiguan discounts total up to Rs 2.4 lakh.
