Upcoming Kia Syros SUV Spotted Testing In India: Dwarfs Seltos!
Kia's upcoming Syros SUV has been recently spotted testing in India ahead of its launch. The latest spy shot gives better clarity about the size of the model when it passes a Kia Seltos SUV. Furthermore, despite sporting heavy camouflage, the model can be easily identified as the Kia Syros test mule.
Starting with the size of the upcoming Kia Syros SUV, the model seems to be a smidge taller than the Kia Seltos SUV. Additionally, the rear bumper from the sides looks very thin, giving rise to suspicion that the model could be positioned as a sub-4m SUV, benefiting from tax cuts.

That being said, irrespective of the length of the upcoming Kia Syros SUV, the model will be positioned between the Sonet sub-4m SUV and the bigger Seltos SUV. Also, this model is expected to be launched early next year.
Kia Syros: Design
The upcoming Kia Syros SUV features a boxy shape with prominent wheel claddings and roof rails. Thanks to the tall dimension and boxy shape, the Kia Syros is expected to be a boon for taller passengers. Other noticeable design highlights of the Syros SUV include a large glass area with a rounded-off design for windows and unique-looking 4-spoke alloy wheels.

Despite the use of heavy camouflage, spy shots reveal that the upcoming Syros will feature a split taillamp design with the lower half part positioned at the edges of the rear bumper. Also, the previous teaser has revealed the Syros SUV to sport vertically aligned LED headlamps.
Kia Syros: Interior
Inside, the upcoming Kia Syros is expected to offer modern features like a two-spoke flat-bottom multifunction steering wheel and a twin-screen dashboard setup. This setup includes a touchscreen infotainment system and a digital driver display. Additional features may include an electric sunroof, 360-degree camera, automatic climate control, and wireless charging capabilities.

Kia Syros: Engine Options
Under the bonnet, Kia might provide two engine options for the Syros SUV. A 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine with 118bhp and 172Nm of torque, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine with 114bhp and 250Nm of torque. Also, both engine options are likely to get both manual and automatic transmission options.
