Tata Curvv
Tata Motors is likely to launch the ICE version of the Curvv SUV soon after the launch of the Tata Curvv EV in India. According to a recent revelation by Tata Motors, the upcoming Tata Curvv will also aport a diesel powertrain.

This diesel powertrain in the upcoming Curvv is expected to be the same 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine that powers the Tata Nexon SUV. In terms of numbers, this engine puts out 114bhp and 250Nm of torque.
Mahindra Thar 5-door
Mahindra will soon launch the 5-door version of the Thar SUV in mid-2024. This new variant will be based on the ladder-frame chassis of the Scorpio-N and will share engine options with the Scorpio, including a 200bhp 2.0L turbo petrol and a 172bhp 2.2-litre diesel engine.

Transmission options are likely to include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic units. Furthermore, we expect all trim levels of the Thar 5-door SUV to come with 4X4 drivetrain.
Mahindra XUV300 Facelift
The upcoming facelift of the Mahindra XUV300 sub-4 meter SUV will feature significant design updates and a feature-rich interior, including a new dashboard layout with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit and digital instrument console.

The Mahindra XUV300 facelift will retain its existing engine options, and the diesel variant will compete with models like the Kia Sonet and Hyundai Venue. It will offer a 6-speed manual and an AMT as transmission options.
Kia Carnival
Kia is set to introduce the next-generation Carnival MPV in the Indian market in 2024. This upcoming Carnival is likely to feature a 2.2-litre turbo diesel engine, producing 200bhp and 440Nm of torque. Gearbox options likely to be restricted to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift
Following the updated Creta, Hyundai is preparing the Alcazar facelift for the Indian market. The Alcazar will also feature a revised dashboard with a twin-screen layout. It will continue to offer the same engine options, including the 1.5-litre turbo-diesel and 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine.
