The Concours of Elegance has announced the inclusion of a rare and historically significant automobile in its 2024 line-up. After its racing career, the car was discovered on a used car lot in Queens, New York, by Dr. Julius Eisenstark in 1959. Dr. Eisenstark fell in love with the car at first sight and purchased it, beginning a multi-decade relationship between the Eisenstark family and this extraordinary vehicle.Under Dr. Eisenstark's care, the Siata underwent numerous modifications to transform it from a bare-bones race car into a more civilized GT suitable for everyday use. The meticulous restoration included returning the car to its original colors and repairing its aluminum body and original Fiat 8V engine.
