London EV Show 2024: A Hub For Policy Leaders And EV Innovations
The London EV Show, the UK's largest electric vehicle event, is returning for its fourth edition. Scheduled for November 26-28, 2024, at ExCeL London, the event aims to be more impactful than ever. Building on past successes, #levs24 expects over 15,000 attendees, 350 exhibitors, 180 speakers, and 70 media partners globally.
"The response to LEVS 2023 exceeded all expectations," said Shariq Abdulhai, CEO of the London EV Show. "As we prepare for the fourth edition, we aim to elevate every aspect by bringing together a powerful cross-section of the EV world."
The third edition saw over 7,300 business visitors from the entire EV value chain. This demonstrated significant enthusiasm for electric vehicle adoption. The event also featured more than 220 exhibitors showcasing the latest innovations in the EV landscape.
Notable brands like Tesla, Ford, Tofco, and Hedin Automotive were among the exhibitors. The show also served as a launchpad for new products from industry leaders such as Exicom and Lotus.
The London EV Show unveiled groundbreaking initiatives outlined by London’s Deputy Mayor for Transport. These initiatives showcased the city’s ambitious plans for electric vehicle infrastructure. Seb Dance, De Jack Chambers from Ireland's Department for Transport, and Jon-Ivar Nygård from Norway's Ministry of Transport were among the key speakers.
Over 150 speakers graced the event with their presence. They shared valuable insights and made significant announcements that could shape the future of electric mobility.
Media Coverage and Global Attendance
The event attracted participation from 120 journalists and was featured by renowned publications like BBC, Forbes, Business Insider, and BloombergNEF (BNEF). More than 4,000 companies participated in the event, highlighting the global interest in the EV industry.
This year's show promises to be even bigger and more influential. It will feature test drive tracks, networking zones, micro-mobility zones, product launch areas, workshops, startup acceleration programmes, ministerial sessions, expert-led panels, and much more.
