Toyota To Launch 7-Seater Urban Cruiser Hyryder In India By 2025: All Details Here
The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder is gaining attention in India for its high fuel efficiency and hybrid technology. The 5-seater model boasts an impressive mileage of 28km/l, certified by the ARAI. This efficiency is largely due to its advanced hybrid system.
Toyota plans to introduce a 7-seater variant of the Hyryder by the end of 2025. This move aims to meet the increasing demand for larger vehicles in the Indian market. The new version will compete with models like the MG Hector Plus, Tata Safari, Citroen C3 Aircross, and Hyundai Alcazar.

The upcoming 7-seater Hyryder will feature three rows of seats, each equipped with individual AC vents. This design ensures ample space and legroom for all passengers, enhancing comfort during long journeys.
Visual Changes & Engine
While the 7-seater version will have minor visual enhancements compared to the 5-seater model, no significant changes are expected in the engine department. It will continue to use the 1.5-litre TNGA Atkinson Cycle petrol engine, which delivers 101.6bhp and 117Nm of torque.
Price & Availability
The prices for the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder start at Rs. 10.99 lakhs, while the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, a rebadged version of the Hyryder, starts at Rs. 11.14 lakhs. These prices are ex-showroom and exclude additional charges.
Fuel Options
Both the Hyryder and Grand Vitara offer multiple fuel options, including CNG, petrol, and hybrid variants. This range of choices allows consumers to select a model that best suits their needs and preferences.
