After acquiring the QX80, owners are connected with an INFINITI Client Experience Coordinator. This coordinator reaches out post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and connection with the vehicle. They address initial queries and assist in enrolling clients in connected car technologies like the MyINFINITI app and Owner Portal.

The MyINFINITI Expert service offers further support through personalised visits, either in-person or virtual, weeks after purchase. During these sessions, tech experts explain key features of the QX80 such as the Klipsch audio system, Biometric Cooling, and Invisible Hood View. This ensures clients are comfortable and confident with their new vehicle's capabilities.

These initiatives aim to make clients feel at home in their new vehicles without any extra cost. The INFINITI Exclusives program builds on existing services designed to simplify ownership for clients. The INFINITI Premium Care plan offers benefits such as inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations. Additionally, the INFINITI Valet service allows for vehicle pickup from home or work for maintenance.
