After much anticipation, Tata has unveiled its Nexon iCNG, marking a significant milestone as the first CNG vehicle equipped with a turbo petrol engine. The introduction of this vehicle broadens the options for those seeking eco-friendly transportation without compromising on power. Positioned between ₹8.99 lakh to ₹14.59 lakh, the Nexon iCNG is available in 8 distinct trim levels, catering to a wide array of preferences and budgets.

Powered by a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine, the subcompact SUV generates 99 bhp and a torque of 170 Nm. This powertrain is mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Despite the CNG variant producing less power than its petrol counterpart, it maintains the same torque level, ensuring a consistent performance experience.

Also, the inclusion of twin-cylinder technology in the Nexon iCNG ensures that the boot space is only marginally reduced by 61 litres compared to the petrol and diesel variants, making it a practical choice for families and travelers alike.

At the top of the range is the Fearless+ PS variant, commanding a price of ₹14.59 lakh. It boasts an impressive array of premium features, including sequential turn indicators, a rear defogger, front fog lamps with cornering functionality, and an 8-speaker JBL-tuned audio system.
