Tata Motors Unveil Ace EV 1000: Revolutionizing Cargo Sector
Tata Motors has introduced the Ace EV 1000, a new addition to its electric vehicle (EV) lineup, targeting the e-cargo mobility sector. This innovative mini-truck features a zero-emission engine and is designed to carry payloads up to 1 tonne, mirroring the kerb weight of the Tata Punch SUV.
It stands out with an impressive certified range of 161km on a single charge. The Ace EV 1000 is powered by a 27kW motor that produces 130Nm of peak torque, ensuring it delivers excellent pickup and grade-ability.

This capability is crucial for maintaining smooth operation under full load conditions. Tata Motors' latest offering is aimed at fulfilling the needs of various sectors, including FMCG, beverages, paints & lubricants, LPG & dairy, thanks to its robust performance and efficiency.
Supporting the launch of the Ace EV 1000, Tata Motors has established a network of over 150 Electric Vehicle Support Centres across the nation. The vehicle incorporates advanced technology features such as a battery management system, Fleet Edge telematics system, and durable aggregates.
These innovations are designed to maximise uptime and operational efficiency. Prospective buyers will find the Ace EV 1000 available with various cargo deck options, making it a versatile choice for businesses. It will be accessible at Tata Motors commercial vehicle dealerships throughout India.
The vehicle is equipped with the EVOGEN powertrain, offering a 7-year battery warranty and a comprehensive 5-year maintenance package. Additionally, its battery cooling system and regenerative braking system are engineered for safe operations in all weather conditions, complemented by both regular and fast charging capabilities to ensure the vehicle is always ready for duty.
