Tata Motors is all set to unveil the all-new Tata Curvv SUV range today in India. As such, here are the top 5 things we know so far about the upcoming new Tata Curvv and Tata Curvv EV.
Powertrain (Tata Curvv)
The upcoming ICE version of the Tata Curvv SUV is expected to be powered by a new 1.2-litre, turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine with around 125bhp and 225Nm of peak torque. Gearbox options are likely to include a 6-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed DCT unit.

Powertrain (Tata Curvv EV)
The Tata Curvv EV is expected to feature the automaker's Gen2 electric powertrain setup. This uprated powertrain is expected to have a claimed range of more than 450 kilometres on a fully charged battery pack.
Features
Some of the noticeable features in the upcoming Tata Curvv SUV range include a fully digital instrument cluster, a large touchscreen infotainment unit, a wireless charger, a large panoramic sunroof, a head-up display, rear AC vents, ventilated seats and more.

Safety
The upcoming Tata Curvv SUV range is expected to come with ADAS tech on the higher-spec variants. We also expect the model to come with passive safety features such as 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, auto headlamps, rear parking sensors, 360-degree camera, and more.
Competition
The upcoming Tata Curvv SUV will be positioned above the Tata Nexon SUV, and it will compete against C-segment SUVs such as Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, MG Astor, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Volkswagen Taigun, and Skoda Kushaq.

On the other hand, the Tata Curvv EV will compete against electric SUVs such as the MG ZS EV, BYD Atto 3 base variant, Mahindra XUV400, and the upcoming Hyundai Creta EV.
