Tata Curvv Coupe SUV Launched In India At Rs 10 Lakh: All Details Here
Tata Motors has introduced the Curvv ICE with prices ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 17.7 lakh. Despite its unique body style, Tata believes the Curvv's pricing, engine options, and various trims will make it competitive in the midsize SUV market.
The Curvv offers three engine choices: a 120hp, 170Nm, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine; a 118hp, 1.5-litre diesel unit; and a new 1.2-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol engine producing 125hp and 225Nm. All engines come with a standard 6-speed manual transmission and an optional 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
The entry-level petrol variants start at Rs 10 lakh, while the diesel version begins at Rs 11.5 lakh. The direct-injection turbo-petrol engine is available from the Creative S variant onwards, starting at Rs 14 lakh.
The Curvv is available in eight variants: Smart, Pure+, Pure+ S, Creative, Creative S, Creative+ S, Accomplished S, and Accomplished+ A. The automatic range starts at Rs 12.49 lakh for petrol-DCT and Rs 14 lakh for diesel-DCT. The top-end turbo-petrol with dual-clutch auto starts at Rs 16.4 lakh.

The cabin design is similar to the Nexon and Nexon EV but features a dual-tone burgundy and black theme. It includes a segment-first powered tailgate with gesture control, flush door handles, a panoramic sunroof, reclining rear seats, ventilated front seats, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, and more.
Safety features include six airbags, Level 2 ADAS, ESC, disc brakes on all four wheels, TPMS, a 360-degree camera, and an electronic parking brake with auto-hold. The Curvv competes against models like the Citroen Basalt coupe-SUV as well as mid-size SUVs such as Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.
Prices are valid for bookings made before October 31, 2024. Tata has yet to reveal the complete price list for all automatic variants of the Curvv.
