Tata Altroz Racer Takes On Hyundai i20 N Line: Performance & Style Showdown
Tata Motors has introduced the Altroz Racer to the market. This new model is based on the regular Altroz but features a more powerful turbo-petrol engine. Competing with the Hyundai i20, the Altroz Racer aims to offer enhanced performance and style. Let's compare the new Tata Altroz Racer with the Hyundai i20 N Line.
The powertrain is a key highlight for both vehicles. The Tata Altroz Racer is equipped with a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine, similar to the one in the Nexon. This engine produces 118.3bhp and 170Nm of torque. It offers a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard.

In contrast, the Hyundai i20 N Line features a smaller 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. Despite its size, it matches the Altroz Racer in power output, delivering 118 bhp and 172 Nm of torque.
Exterior Design
Both cars feature distinct visual elements to differentiate them from their standard versions. The Altroz Racer boasts an aggressive design with a dual-tone orange and black finish, complemented by white stripes on the bonnet and roof.

The Hyundai i20 N Line sports a unique grille design and red highlights around the car, enhancing its road presence.
Interiors and Features
The cabins of both cars are designed to reflect their performance-oriented nature. The Altroz Racer features an all-black interior with white and orange accents, while the i20 N Line has red accents.
The Hyundai i20 N Line comes with a 10.25-inch infotainment system, digital instrument cluster, 7-speaker Bose sound system, wireless charging pad, and sunroof. The Altroz Racer includes these features and adds a 360-degree camera, heads-up display, and ventilated seats.
