Subaru UK Welcomes Motability Scheme Customers With New Offers

Subaru (UK) Ltd has announced its return to the Motability Scheme, offering the Forester and Outback models for purchase from June 2024. The new Subaru Crosstrek, which debuted in early 2024, will also be added to the Scheme soon, with prices yet to be confirmed.

Available through Subaru dealers across the UK, the Forester and Outback can now be acquired on the Motability Scheme with an advance payment of £3,749. This move marks Subaru's re-engagement with the Scheme after a prolonged hiatus.

Subaru UK Back on Motability Scheme

Alex Sheward, National Sales Manager at Subaru (UK) Ltd, expressed enthusiasm about rejoining the Motability Scheme. "We are delighted to be back on board and part of the Motability Scheme. Not only does this offer customers on the Scheme more vehicle choices, especially for those prioritising All-Wheel Drive, but this also provides our Subaru dealers with incremental sales and aftersales opportunities with this additional consumer channel," Sheward stated.

James Douglas, Manufacturer and Network Partnership Director at Motability Operations, highlighted the significance of this collaboration. "We know the Motability Scheme is life-changing for our 760,000 customers across the UK. That’s why we are so committed to delivering the best value and choice of vehicles for them," Douglas said. He added, "We are pleased to once again be working with Subaru (UK) Ltd, so we can increase the range of vehicles available on the Scheme and suit all our customers’ needs."

All Subaru Outback and Forester models come equipped with industry-leading safety features and driver support systems. These models include permanent All-Wheel-Drive, providing drivers with confidence and reassurance in various conditions. The safety equipment offers added protection for occupants during impacts and assists drivers in manoeuvring in restricted areas.
