Subaru Of America Sees Growth In June And Second Quarter Of 2024 Sales
Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) announced vehicle sales of 55,228 for June 2024, marking a slight increase of 0.1 percent compared to June 2023's 55,168 units. Year-to-date sales reached 322,443, reflecting a six percent rise from the same period in 2023.
Outback led sales for the second consecutive month with 16,853 units sold. Crosstrek followed closely with its best June ever at 15,132 units, a 9.6 percent increase from June 2023. Forester also performed well with 11,108 vehicles sold, up by 4.1 percent compared to the previous year.

Jeff Walters, President and Chief Operating Officer of Subaru of America, Inc., praised the efforts of Subaru retailers: "Subaru retailers nationwide went above and beyond in June to overcome unexpected challenges, working closely with our corporate teams to deliver the twenty-third consecutive month of sales increases."
June was also significant for SOA due to the release of their annual Corporate Impact Report. This report highlights the results of their Subaru Love Promise initiatives and their commitment to being "More Than a Car Company." The Solterra model achieved its best June ever with a remarkable increase of 115 percent over the previous year.
Troy Poston, Senior Vice President of Sales at Subaru of America, Inc., commented on the first half of 2024: "The first half of 2024 reaffirmed the demand for Subaru’s growing lineup and the importance of our commitment to safety and longevity."
