Stellantis Wins Top Honors At Texas Auto Writers Association Awards
Stellantis brands Alfa Romeo and Chrysler have received notable recognition at the Texas Auto Writers Association (TAWA) 2024 Auto Roundup. The event, held at Eagles Canyon Raceway in Decatur, Texas, saw journalists vote on their favourite vehicles after a day of rigorous driving tests.
The 2024 Alfa Romeo Giulia was awarded the title of Performance Vehicle of Texas. TAWA President Cory Fourniquet praised the Giulia Quadrifoglio, highlighting its 505-horsepower twin-turbo V-6 engine and impressive performance. "The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio is the epitome of a premium sport sedan," Fourniquet stated.
The 2024 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid secured the Minivan of Texas award for the eighth consecutive year. Fourniquet noted the vehicle's family-friendly features, including its luxurious interior and advanced capabilities. The Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid offers an all-electric range of 32 miles and a total range of 520 miles.
