Skoda Kylaq TVC Teaser Featuring Rohit Shetty Is Out: Unveil On November 6
Skoda has released the TVC teaser of its upcoming Kylaq SUV, featuring Indian filmmaker Rohit Shetty. That being said, the upcoming Skoda Kylaq SUV is all set to make its global debut on 6th November.
The Skoda Kylaq is the third Skoda vehicle based on the MQB-A0-IN platform after the likes of the Kushaq SUV and Slavia sedan. However, unlike the Skoda Kushaq and Slavia, the Kylaq measures just under 4 meters in length.

In terms of design, the exterior of the Kylaq features sleek LED headlamps, top-mounted LED DRLs, and a signature slatted grille. It also features sporty alloy wheels, squarish wheel arches, and a slightly tapering rear roof section. The SUV's rear showcases edgy tail lamps and SKODA badging.
Inside, the Skoda Kylaq is expected to feature plenty of tech from the Kushaq SUV and Slavia sedan. Some of the expected features will include the 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless charging, digital instrument cluster, adjustable rear AC vents, type-C USB ports at both front and rear, electric sunroof, and more.
That being said, the upcoming Skoda Kylaq is likely to be powered by the same 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, turbocharged engine as the Kushaq and Slavia. This engine in the Slavia and Kushaq is tuned to produce 114bhp and 178Nm of torque. In terms of gearbox options, the upcoming Skoda Kylaq will be offered with either a 6-speed manual or an 6-speed automatic transmission unit.
Safety-wise, the Kylaq is expected to achieve a 5-star safety rating in Global NCAP crash tests due to its MQB-A0-IN platform. This platform has already proven successful with Kushaq and Slavia receiving top marks.
Kylaq's safety kit includes over 25 active and passive features such as traction control, stability control, six airbags, electronic brake distribution, anti-lock brakes, rollover protection, electronic differential lock, motor slip regulation, multi-collision braking, and passenger airbag deactivation.
