Skoda Kylaq Exterior Colour & Variant Details You Should Know
Skoda Auto India has unveiled the Kylaq, a sub-4-metre SUV, with an entry-level price starting at Rs. 7.89 lakh (ex-showroom). The vehicle will be available for booking from 2 December, coinciding with the announcement of its variant-wise prices. This new model is set to become Skoda's most affordable offering in the Indian market.
The Kylaq will be available in 5 colours: Olive Gold, Tornado Red, Carbon Steel, Brilliant Silver, and Candy White. Customers can choose from four variants: Classic, Signature, Signature+, and Prestige. The SUV is powered by a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder TSI turbo-petrol engine that produces 114bhp and 178Nm of torque.
Engine and Transmission Options
The Kylaq's engine is paired with either a 6-speed manual or a torque converter automatic transmission. Deliveries are scheduled to begin on 27 January 2025. The model will also be showcased at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo for public viewing.
Built on the MQB-A0-IN platform, the Kylaq shares its foundation with some Volkswagen models. It competes with vehicles like the Tata Nexon and Mahindra XUV 3XO in the Indian market. Skoda has equipped this SUV with several notable features to attract buyers.
