Škoda Enyaq Recognised As Best Medium SUV At 2024 Business Car Awards For Outstanding Performance
The Škoda Enyaq has been awarded the Best Medium SUV at the 2024 Business Car Awards. This recognition follows its previous win as Car of the Year in 2021. Business Car described the Enyaq as one of the "best EV all-rounders," highlighting its impressive performance and features.
Škoda has made significant enhancements to the Enyaq for 2024, including better battery efficiency and an upgraded infotainment system. These improvements have strengthened the Enyaq's position in the market, offering more power and performance, enhanced thermal management for increased range, and faster charging capabilities.
In addition to its recent accolade from Business Car, the Enyaq also secured the title of Best Electric Large SUV in the EcoCar Electrified Top 50 Awards. In 2022, it was named EcoCar's Top 50 Car of the Year, Best Electric Medium SUV, and Best Electric Car. It also won Top Gear's Best Value Electric Car award that year.
The Enyaq is available in Coupé and SUV body styles with various specifications such as 50 Edition, 85 Edition, 85x Sportline Plus, L&K, and vRS. It offers a range of up to 353 miles and supports DC charging up to 175kW, allowing a charge from 10-80% in just 28 minutes.

As part of the Volkswagen Group for three decades now, Škoda independently manufactures vehicles and components like MEB battery systems and engines. The company employs over 40,000 people globally across more than 100 markets. With more than 200,000 Enyaqs sold since its launch in 2021 and plans to introduce new models like Elroq by October 2024; Škoda continues expanding its all-electric model range.
