Adam Wood returns to Renault UK after starting his career there on the company’s graduate programme. He holds a French degree from the University of Bristol and an MSc in International Business from the University of Nottingham. His previous roles at Renault UK included senior positions such as Dacia Brand Director and Marketing Director.

Renault has always been a pioneer in mobility and electric vehicles in Europe. The 'Renaulution' strategic plan aims to transform Renault into a more competitive and balanced brand with an electrified range. This plan focuses on modernity and innovation in technology, energy, and mobility services within the automotive industry.

Sicard's career began at Orléans University and Essec (Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales). He joined Renault Group's marketing department in Spain in 1999 before moving to Le Mans Renault Retail Group as Director. He later became Vice President Marketing for Renault South Africa and held various leadership roles across different regions.

Wood's Return to Renault UK

Wood's appointment comes at a crucial time for Renault UK. The brand has seen significant growth over the past two years by registration volumes. Wood aims to build on this success by further expanding Renault’s model lineup across passenger cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs).

Before rejoining Renault, Wood served as Marketing Director of Vauxhall and most recently as Managing Director for Peugeot UK. His return marks a homecoming to a company where he spent 14 years working in various marketing communications, product marketing, and brand management roles.

Sicard will continue implementing the Renaulution strategic plan in France, aiming to strengthen the brand’s leadership in its home market. His diverse experience across multiple international markets positions him well for this role.
