Ram Trucks Showcase Float-Towing Capability At The 98th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade
Ram trucks are once again the official vehicles for Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, marking their 10th year in this role. On November 28, 2024, the parade will be broadcast on NBC, Telemundo, and Peacock from 8:30 a.m. to noon across all time zones. Ram will supply 75 trucks and vans for the event, including models like the Ram 1500s, 2500s, and 3500s.
The parade will feature three distinct float designs: Sesame Street, The Bronx Zoo, and Santa Claus. To match these themes, several Ram trucks will be fully wrapped. The event will start with Tom Turkey on a Ram 5500 and conclude with Santa Claus being towed by a Ram 3500 through Manhattan to Macy's Herald Square.

Chris Feuell, CEO of the Ram brand at Stellantis, expressed pride in their involvement. "It’s an incredible honor for the Ram Truck brand to play such an integral role in one of the most cherished holiday traditions," Feuell stated. He highlighted how Ram trucks showcase strength and reliability while bringing joy to families nationwide.
In addition to towing floats, Ram will provide logistical support with its ProMaster vans. Known for their cargo capacity and low-load floor height, these vans are crucial for behind-the-scenes operations. In total, Ram will tow 27 floats and deploy 48 vehicles for various tasks during the parade.
The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is an annual tradition that captivates millions of viewers across the United States. This year marks its 98th edition.
