Porsche Secures Top Ranking In J.D. Power Automotive Brand Loyalty Study For Third Year Running
Porsche has once again topped the list in the 2024 U.S. Automotive Brand Loyalty Study for luxury car brands. J.D. Power, a renowned authority in customer insights, revealed that Porsche secured the top spot in the premium car category for the third year running. This study evaluates customer loyalty by examining if owners repurchase the same brand after trading in their vehicles.
The study, now in its sixth edition, uses data from the Power Information Network to assess brand loyalty. It considers whether customers choose the same brand when buying a new vehicle after trading in their old one. Only sales at franchised new-vehicle dealers are included. The study covers five segments: premium car, premium SUV, mass market car, mass market SUV, and truck.

"Customer loyalty is at the core of the Porsche brand," stated Timo Resch, President and CEO of Porsche Cars North America, Inc. "Every one of us, from our independently owned and operated Porsche Centers across America to our headquarters here in Atlanta, is committed to creating a world-class experience from start to finish. We are grateful to deliver such a meaningful experience that is a result of our team’s daily efforts."
Porsche Cars North America, Inc., established in 1984, serves as the exclusive U.S. importer for models like the Porsche 911 and Taycan.
