Porsche Secures Top Position For Sales Satisfaction In J.D. Power's 2024 Study For Premium Brands
Porsche has been recognised as the top premium brand in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) StudySM. Released on Thursday, the study revealed that Porsche scored 851 points, improving by 11 points from the previous year. This achievement places Porsche at the forefront of both the premium car and SUV segments, highlighting its excellence in customer satisfaction.
The SSI Study evaluates customer experiences during the new car buying process. It gathers insights from 34,596 individuals who purchased or leased new vehicles between March and May 2024. Customers rated brands based on six aspects of buyer satisfaction, with Porsche receiving high marks for dealer website interactions, deal negotiations, and dealership facilities.

Established in 1984, Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA) serves as the exclusive U.S. importer for models like the Porsche 911, 718 Boxster, 718 Cayman, Macan, Cayenne, Panamera, and Taycan. The company allows customers to customise and pre-order vehicles using the Porsche Car Configurator.
PCNA's headquarters have been located in Atlanta since 1998. The site hosts North America's first Porsche Experience Center with two driver development tracks spanning 1.6 miles each. It also features a business centre and Restaurant 356. Additionally, PCNA operates another Experience Center near Los Angeles with a track comprising eight modules over a total of 4.1 miles.
The Los Angeles complex includes a business centre and Restaurant 917 while serving as the headquarters for Porsche Motorsport North America. These centres offer unique driving experiences that align with Porsche's commitment to performance excellence.
Supporting a Network of Dealerships
PCNA supports a network of 202 independently owned and operated Porsche Centres across the U.S., along with four studios and six satellite stores. They provide parts, service, marketing support, and training to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience consistent with Porsche's legacy.
