Nissan U.S. Named Great Place To Work For Second Consecutive Year
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nissan has been certified as a Great Place to Work in the U.S. for the second consecutive year. This recognition highlights the company's efforts to create a supportive and inspiring environment for its employees. According to the survey, 80% of Nissan employees believe it is a great place to work, surpassing the 57% average rating among typical U.S.-based companies.
Jérémie Papin, chairperson of Nissan Americas, stated, "Our work building our company culture is never done, but it is something that we intentionally work on every single day." He emphasized that continuous listening and action are key to ensuring that Nissan remains a place where everyone feels proud to work.

The certification as a Great Place to Work is based on employee surveys measuring workplace satisfaction across four qualities: trust in leadership, pride in work, collaboration with colleagues, and consistent workplace atmosphere. Employees praised Nissan's community contributions and work-life balance initiatives.
Notable survey results include 88% of employees feeling good about Nissan's community contributions, 86% expressing pride in telling others they work at Nissan, and 85% feeling a sense of pride in their accomplishments at the company.
Nissan was first recognized as a Great Place to Work in the U.S. in 2023. The company has also received this certification across the Americas region, including Canada, Mexico, and South America. This external validation supports Nissan's efforts to build a supportive and engaging culture.
