Kia Seltos Diesel With Manual Gearbox Launched In India At Rs 11.99 Lakh

In a bid to improve sales, Kia has introduced of five fresh Seltos variants, all equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox in the Tech line trims. Moreover, all of these new variants are powered by the familiar 1.5-litre diesel engines.

Thanks to this move, Kia has diversified the Seltos' already extensive range, which now flaunts a total of 24 different models. That being said, the 2024 Kia Seltos diesel range starts at Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Since its most recent launch in July 2023, the New Seltos has soared in popularity, marking sales of 65,000 units. This impressive figure underlines the mid-SUV's immense appeal and the brand's strong reputation in the market.

The Seltos is meticulously crafted to ensure safety and sophistication, packing 32 safety features. Among these, 15 Hi-safety elements come standard across all variants, while the inclusion of 17 Level-2 ADAS tech positions the Seltos as technologically forward in vehicle safety.

Since its debut in 2019, Seltos has been a success story, with a staggering 6 lakh units sold in both domestic and international markets. Accounting for over half of Kia India's total domestic dispatches, the Seltos has become a cornerstone of the Kia Corporation, with one in every ten Kia cars sold worldwide being a Seltos.
