Naran's First Four-Seater Hyper-Coupe To Premiere At Salon Privé

Naran's debut prototype, a four-seater hyper-coupe, will be showcased at Salon Privé 2024 at Blenheim Palace from August 28-31. This British manufacturer's first model promises up to 1,000bhp and a 0-60mph time. It was initially revealed in Andermatt, Switzerland, in June.

The car's design features sleek lines and aggressive styling inspired by motorsport. Created by Jowyn Wong, the vehicle includes composite panels and hinged clamshells. The interior boasts premium materials like CNC-milled billet aluminium and soft-touch textiles.

Owners of this exclusive hyper-coupe can customise their vehicles extensively. Only 39 units will be built, each offering unique personalisation options. Buyers can even name their own car. Early customisation requests have included horse-hair, marble effects, and gold leaf trim.

The hyper-coupe is powered by a bespoke 5.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine. It delivers up to 1,000bhp with a competitive acceleration time. An optional aero pack inspired by motorsport enhances downforce for a GT3-style driving experience on both road and track.

The interior features ruby-themed finishes with almond gold accents. The seats are upholstered in carbon-shelled ruby leather with matching stitching. The centre console includes stone grey and black chrome accents.

Salon Privé Event Details

Salon Privé is an annual automotive event held at Blenheim Palace. It showcases classic, luxury, and supercars in a concours competition judged on beauty and condition. The event also includes Supercar Saturday for high-performance car enthusiasts.

This year's Salon Privé runs from August 27-31 with various themed days including MotorAvia on August 27 and Concours Awards on August 29. Tickets are available via the event's website.

Salon Privé supports the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC). Donations from the event help fund vital services to protect children from abuse across the UK and Channel Islands.

Naran's debut vehicle was announced in 2021 and built in Germany before finishing in Coventry, UK. It blends ultra-high performance with pure beauty as envisioned by Ameerh Naran.

Deposits of £300,000 are now being accepted to reserve an allocation for this £2 million supercar.
