My Convenience Plus Package Launched For Kia Sonet – Aims At Improving Support & Service

Kia has recently extended its My Convenience Plus program to the new Sonet, a move aimed at offering Sonet owners superior support and service. This initiative is part of Kia's ongoing commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction through a low cost of ownership and a suite of essential services.

Sonet owners can now benefit from Prepaid Maintenance (PPM), Extended Warranty (EW), and Roadside Assistance (RSA), all designed to provide a hassle-free driving experience. The My Convenience Plus package for Sonet owners is highlighted by its affordability, costing as little as 75 paise per kilometre depending on the plan chosen.

This cost-effective solution enhances Sonet's appeal as a vehicle that offers great value for money. The package includes scheduled maintenance and add-on services such as wheel alignment, balancing, and tyre rotation.

The extended warranty covers up to 4 or 5 years, and the Roadside Assistance package offers one-year tyre alloy protection, with the option to extend up to the 4th or 5th year based on the selected plan.

Sonet owners can choose between two program options: Premium (4 years) and Luxury (5 years), allowing them to select the plan that best meets their needs. Additionally, the program promises savings of up to Rs 7,000 and comes with PAN India coverage and validity.

A unique Scratch Care program is also part of the offering, providing one free scratch repair (without dent) within the first 12 months from the vehicle's sale date. The My Convenience Plus program can be purchased either online through the MyKia app or offline at any authorized Kia dealer within 60 days of vehicle delivery.
