TVS Mobility and Mitsubishi Corporation have joined in a partnership to form TVS Vehicle Mobility Solution. As India ranks among the top automobile markets globally, this collaboration is set to capitalize on the country's growing automotive sector.

TVS Mobility, a strong name in automotive distribution and aftermarket services, manages over 150 car dealerships across India. With partnerships with major brands like Honda, Toyota, and Mercedes-Benz, TVS Mobility has established a strong presence in the market.

Mitsubishi Is Coming Back To India

Now, with Mitsubishi Corporation's investment of Rs. 300 Crores, the joint venture aims to change the vehicle ownership experience in India. Under the joint venture, TVS Mobility's dealership business will transition to TVS Vehicle Mobility Solution, with Mitsubishi Corporation acquiring approximately 30% stake in TVS Mobility.

This joint partnership aims to change the vehicle ownership experience for Indian car buyers. Planning to cater to passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and even material handling equipment and provide to enterprises, corporations and fleet owners.

The collaboration between TVS Mobility and Mitsubishi Corporation states to generate USD 2 billion in revenue within the next three to five years. According to Mr R. Dinesh, Director of TVS Mobility, this partnership will enable them to provide a range of solutions to the entire vehicle mobility ecosystem.

Mr Shigeru Wakabayashi, CEO of Automotive and Mobility Group at Mitsubishi Corporation, highlighted India's market potential and emphasized the importance of this investment in expanding their service capabilities and developing comprehensive mobility solutions.
