What is the history of your store and dealer group?
We are a single-store Mitsubishi dealer in Skowhegan, Central Maine. I grew up here and am proud to grow a business close to my hometown. Before owning the store, I ran a direct mail marketing company for 20 years. One of our clients was Cold Brook Mitsubishi, and seven years ago, I bought into the dealership.
What does your community think about the Mitsubishi brand?
We have a very loyal client base. Many customers have purchased multiple vehicles in the past seven years and often refer friends and family. To recognise their loyalty, we offer a service credit for referrals.
What kind of community outreach do you do in the area? Do you support local or national charity operations?
We prioritise giving back locally and are active in youth activities, sponsoring teams and community fundraisers. We are especially proud of our relationship with the Travis Mills Foundation, which supports post-September 11th veterans and their families. We have donated $160,000 over three years and provided a new Outlander for veteran transportation.

We were honoured to be the number-one Mitsubishi dealer in New England in 2022 and number two in 2023. This success is due to our loyal customers and dedicated employees. Mitsubishi offers great value and a fantastic warranty, and our customers trust us for top-notch service.
What else would you like to share about your dealership?
We view our employees as family. We appreciate their vital role in our success and prioritise their time with loved ones by closing at 5 pm. We believe in working to live, not living to work.
