The MINI John Cooper Works PROtotype secured a category victory at the prestigious 24 Hours of Nürburgring. This endurance race is renowned for pushing both drivers and vehicles to their limits, and the JCW PROtotype's success highlights its exceptional performance and durability.
Bulldog Racing's expertise has been crucial to this success. Based in Nürburg, this esteemed racing team has been instrumental in developing high-performance John Cooper Works race cars. Following its triumph at Nürburgring, the New MINI John Cooper Works E PROtotype made a grand debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. This event is one of the most prestigious automotive gatherings globally. The achievements at Nürburgring and Goodwood are just glimpses of what’s to come. Both cars will be on display during the DTM race at Nürburgring from August 16th – 18th.
Fuel consumption, CO2 emission figures, and power consumption were measured using methods required by Regulation VO (EC) 2007/715 as amended. They refer to vehicles on the German automotive market. For ranges, NEDC figures consider differences in wheel and tyre size selection, while WLTP figures account for optional equipment effects.
For vehicles newly type-approved since January 1st, 2021, official specifications exist only according to WLTP. According to EU Regulation 2022/195, NEDC values will no longer be included in EC certificates of conformity as of January 1st, 2023. All figures have been calculated based on the new WLTP test cycle.
NEDC figures listed have been adjusted where applicable. WLTP values are used for assessing taxes and other vehicle-related duties based on CO2 emissions and vehicle-specific subsidies where applicable.
