Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 Electric SUV Launched In India At Rs 2.25 Crore
Mercedes-Benz India has introduced the Maybach EQS, an all-electric SUV, priced at Rs. 2.25 crore (ex-showroom). This luxury vehicle, which debuted globally in April last year, offers a driving range of 600km.
Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680: Design and Features
The EQS 680 showcases a prominent grille, connected LED headlights and taillamps, and exclusive Maybach design elements. Inside, it boasts numerous luxury features including a 15-speaker Burmester 4D surround sound system, active ambient lighting, Nappa leather seats, and rear infotainment controls. Additionally, customers can choose rear entertainment screens and a refrigerator with champagne flute glasses.
Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680: Safety and Drive Modes
Safety features in the Maybach EQS include a 360-degree camera, multiple airbags, ADAS, ABS, EBD, and traction control. The SUV also offers various drive modes such as Eco, Sport, Offroad, Individual, and Maybach modes to cater to different driving preferences.
Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680: Powertrain Specifications
The EQS 680 variant is equipped with a 107.8 kWh battery pack paired with dual electric motors for an all-wheel-drive setup. This combination delivers 649bhp and 950Nm of torque. The electric SUV can accelerate from 0-100kmph in just over 4 seconds.
The vehicle's powertrain was first showcased at the Shanghai Auto Show. It ensures a WLTP range of 600km on a single charge.
