Maserati Highlights Heritage With Ghibli Spyder And GranCabrio Trofeo At Auto E Moto D'Epoca 2024
Maserati is set to participate in the 41st "Auto e Moto d'Epoca" event in Bologna from October 24 to 27. This European fair is renowned for classic cars and spare parts. Maserati will showcase two convertibles, a vintage Ghibli Spyder 4.7 and the modern GranCabrio Trofeo, highlighting the brand's legacy of blending high performance with comfort.
The Maserati Classiche Program plays a crucial role in preserving the brand's automotive heritage. It offers exclusive services like authenticity certification for cars over 20 years old and special series vehicles. The Ghibli Spyder, produced between 1969 and 1972, exemplifies Maserati's sporting tradition. Named after a desert wind, it debuted as a grand tourer with elegant design and impressive speed capabilities. Initially planned for limited production, its popularity led to over 1,300 units being manufactured.
