Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Experiences An 11% Sales Decline In May 2024

These prices are ex-showroom rates. Despite its low cost, the Wagon R offers impressive mileage, making it a preferred choice for many.
The petrol-manual variants of the Wagon R deliver a mileage of 24.35 kilometres per litre. The petrol-AGS variants offer slightly better mileage at 25.19 kilometres per litre. The CNG variants stand out with a remarkable mileage of 33.47 kilometres per kilogram, making them highly economical for daily commuters.
Despite the recent dip in sales, the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R remains a strong contender in the hatchback segment. The car's affordability and fuel efficiency continue to attract a significant number of buyers. Maruti Suzuki also offers alternative models like the Swift and Ignis, which provide additional options for customers.
Maruti Suzuki's commitment to providing value-for-money vehicles has helped maintain its position in the competitive Indian automobile market. While the Wagon R experienced a decline in sales this month, it is expected to bounce back in the coming months.
