Anticipation for the Next-Gen Swift
With the next-gen Maruti Suzuki Swift's launch on the horizon, this price revision is seen as a strategic move. Automakers often adjust prices of current models before introducing a new generation, to better position the upcoming release.
The upcoming all-new Swift, codenamed YED, promises a fresh design, an updated interior, and an all-new 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine. Notably, it will feature a larger 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system and potentially, six airbags as a standard offering.
DriveSpark Thinks
As the automotive industry and consumers alike look forward to the next-gen Swift, the question of pricing remains. Will Maruti Suzuki maintain the current price range, or will the new features and updates lead to a higher price point? Only the official launch will reveal the final details.
