Maruti Suzuki Dzire 2025 to Debut with New Features at Bharat Mobility Expo
The updated Maruti Suzuki Dzire will be unveiled at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo in January. Inspired by the latest generation Swift, the new Dzire features modern updates and a fresh design. Here’s an in-depth look at what to expect.
Recent spy images indicate that the new Dzire will be the first compact sedan in its segment to offer a sunroof. The front showcases a split grille design with the Suzuki logo prominently in the center. The headlights resemble those on the new Swift, and it also features newly designed dual-tone alloy wheels.

The side profile of the new Dzire remains similar to its predecessor, but significant changes are noticeable at the rear. It now has newly designed LED taillamps and a revamped bumper, enhancing its visual appeal. Inside, major updates are anticipated, especially in the dashboard and center console areas.
The 2025 Maruti Suzuki Dzire will be powered by a new Z-series 1.2L naturally aspirated three-cylinder petrol engine. This engine delivers a maximum power output of 82 bhp and 108 Nm of torque. Buyers can choose between a five-speed manual gearbox or a five-speed AMT.
The feature list for the new Dzire is extensive. It includes a touchscreen infotainment display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, wireless charging, an updated semi-digital instrument cluster, heads-up display, six airbags, a 360-degree camera system, adjustable headrests, and more.
Upon its launch, the car will compete with other compact sedans like the Honda Amaze, Hyundai Aura, and Tata Tigor. These updates are expected to make the sedan segment even more competitive when the car is released.

Market Competition
Honda is also preparing to release the third generation of the Amaze by year-end. The new model is expected to feature updated styling and an improved feature list, further intensifying competition in the compact sedan market.
The new Dzire's design revamp aims to enhance its aesthetic appeal while offering modern features that cater to contemporary consumers' needs. The addition of updated technology and safety features makes it a strong contender in its segment.

With these improvements, Maruti Suzuki aims to solidify its position in the compact sedan market by offering a vehicle that blends style, performance, and enhanced features. Considering the car has already received positive market feedback, these updates are likely to boost its sales even further.
The Bharat Mobility Auto Expo scheduled for January 2025 is expected to see a positive reception for this car when it is officially unveiled at the expo.
