The mid-cycle refresh to the Mahindra XUV300 has been spied testing. The test mule of the Mahindra XUV300 facelift was spotted testing in Bengaluru by one of our readers.
The Mahindra XUV300 was first launched back in 2019. The sub-4-metre SUV is a rival to the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue and the Kia Sonet is due for a mid-cycle refresh and the Mumbai-based firm has been hard at work testing the updated SUV.

Like other test mules spotted around the country, the one spotted in Bengaluru by one of our readers is heavily camouflaged. However, the heavy camo hasn't hidden away the details about the upcoming SUV which will be fully revealed when it hits the streets later this year.
At the front, the inverted L-shaped LED daytime running lights are visible despite the drapery and look similar to the units seen on the electric XUV400 and the flagship XUV700 SUVs. The bonnet also looks a bit raised compared to the current XUV300 and the front bumper looks slightly different as well.

Also new are the alloy wheels which look different in terms of design to the ones fitted to the current version of the compact SUV from Mahindra. The rest of the sides seem mostly unchanged.
The rear windscreen features a wiper while the C-shaped taillights are now connected unit, though the lightbar in the middle was still draped up on this test mule. The third brake light is fitted up high to what appears to be a spoiler-like element on the roof.

While the interiors weren't all that viewable in the spy pics sent to us, the Mahindra XUV300 facelift's interior has been spotted by other eager automotive paparazzi. These have revealed the presence of a larger touchscreen for the infotainment. However, this is not the only feature upgrade the updated XUV300's cabin is expected to get.
Under the bonnet, the facelifted Mahindra XUV300 is expected to continue with the 1.2-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel powerplants that currently power the current version of the sub-4-metre SUV.
