Mahindra Thar Roxx 5-Door SUV Spotted In Production Form: Unveil On Independence Day
Mahindra's Thar Roxx, a long-awaited SUV, is nearing its official launch. The vehicle has been spotted in its final production form, sporting a vibrant red colour scheme. This sighting suggests that the Thar Roxx is on its to dealerships, ready for its grand unveiling on 15th August, Independence Day.
Under the hood, the Thar Roxx will offer two engine options: a 2.0-litre mStallion turbo petrol engine and a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine. Both engines can be specified with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The interior of the Thar Roxx promises a luxurious experience. It will boast a dual-tone dashboard and a new steering wheel borrowed from the XUV700. The SUV will also come equipped with a larger touchscreen setup and an all-digital instrument cluster. Other premium features include electrically adjustable front seats, ventilated front seats, and a 9-speaker Harman-Kardon audio system.
Furthermore, the Thar Roxx will also come with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) at Level 2, enhancing safety and convenience for drivers. A panoramic sunroof adds to the vehicle's appeal, making it an attractive option for those seeking both style and functionality.
Mahindra plans to reveal all details about the Thar Roxx during the Independence Day event on 15th August. Pricing information is expected to be announced on the same day. However, deliveries might start later due to the anticipated high demand for this much-awaited SUV.
The final production version of the Thar Roxx has been seen on highways heading towards dealerships. The vehicle was wrapped in plastic, indicating it was fresh from the factory and ready for showroom display soon.
