2025 Mahindra Scorpio Pickup Spied Without Camouflage In India: All Details Here
The Mahindra Scorpio Dual Cab pickup, set for 2025 launch, has been spotted testing on public roads in India. This vehicle is highly anticipated and has generated significant interest. The new images provide a detailed look at the upcoming model.
The Mahindra Scorpio has been a top seller in India. Now, Mahindra plans to introduce a pickup version of this popular model. While the Bolero Pickup Truck is already available in India, the Scorpio Pickup Truck is being updated for international markets.

The front of the Scorpio Pickup Truck will closely resemble the Scorpio SUV. The main difference lies at the rear, where the pickup truck will feature a loading bed. A prototype was recently spotted undergoing testing on public roads in India.
The test drive took place near Mahindra's manufacturing facility in Nashik, Maharashtra. The Scorpio Pickup Truck is already available in Australia and South Africa under the name 'S11'. However, it is not sold in India. Therefore, the test vehicle was not camouflaged, as its design is already known.
S1100 Sticker and Top Variant
The test vehicle had a sticker reading 'S1100' on the windshield, indicating it is meant for the South African market. Additionally, this specific Scorpio Pickup Truck appears to be the top-of-the-line variant.

Exterior Design Changes
The 2025 Mahindra Scorpio Pickup Truck features notable changes to its front. Mahindra has equipped it with the front fascia of the Mahindra Scorpio Classic car sold in India. This new model features a 6-slot grille design, unlike the 7-slot grille of the older version.
The headlights have been slightly modified and now feature a smoked effect. The pickup truck comes with steel wheels with wheel covers. Rock sliders are provided to protect the underside of the vehicle. The rear door has a pull-up type handle.
Engine and Transmission
The test vehicle sported a 'D140' sticker, indicating it is powered by a 2.2-litre turbo diesel engine. This engine produces a maximum power of 140bhp and 320Nm of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed automatic gearbox. In South Africa, the Scorpio Pickup Truck is available in both 4X2 and 4X4 configurations.

DriveSpark Thinks
The 2025 Mahindra Scorpio Pickup is unlikely to be launched in India. It is primarily intended for export markets, particularly South Africa. Indian customers looking for a Mahindra pickup truck can opt for the Bolero Pickup Truck.
