Lexus Announces Wyndham Clark As New Golf Ambassador Before 2024 U.S. Open
PLANO, Texas (June 6, 2024) — Lexus has announced the addition of 2023 U.S. Open Champion Wyndham Clark to its golf ambassador program. The partnership begins today, ahead of the 2024 U.S. Open Championship at Pinehurst Resort next week. Viewers will see the Lexus logo on Clark’s yardage book as he defends his title at Pinehurst.
Clark joins a roster of Lexus golf champions, including Will Zalatoris, Justin Suh, Hinako Shibuno, and Amari Avery. Lexus continues to enhance its strategic golf partnership strategy by focusing on opportunities that reach key brand audiences through integrations in the golf lifestyle space.

As a longtime USGA partner, Lexus will have a significant presence at Pinehurst Resort, showcasing the all-new Lexus GX, first-ever Lexus TX PHEV, all-electric Lexus RZ, and more. "I’m both excited and honoured to have the opportunity to represent Lexus and join their roster of golf ambassadors," said Wyndham Clark.
Clark’s golf career began at the age of three in Denver, Colorado. He achieved his first hole-in-one at six and won a tournament title at eight years old. His youth golf career included two Colorado State Championship titles before playing collegiately at Oklahoma State University and the University of Oregon.
Clark was named Conference Player of the Year twice during his college career. He turned professional in 2017 and earned his PGA Tour card in 2018. His career took off in 2023 when he won his first major by one stroke at the U.S. Open at Los Angeles Country Club.
He represented the United States in the Ryder Cup and recently shot a course-record 60 en route to a victory at the 2024 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Wyndham Clark is currently ranked fourth in the Official World Golf Rankings and will tee off at the 2024 U.S. Open Championship on Thursday, June 13.
