Lexus LM 350h Launched at Rs. 2 Crore: A New Standard of Luxury Mobility

The Lexus LM 350h, an ultra-luxury MPV, has just been launched at a price of Rs. 2.50 Crore for the 4 seater variant and Rs. 2 Crores for the 7-seater variant. This new luxury MPV, has been reimagined to be a 'Luxury Mover', hence the initials 'LM'.

The first-gen Lexus LM was brought into the market in 2020 focusing on the wealthy and affluent, not to drive, but to be driven around in. This marked a major success for Lexus as the public took interest in what the carmaker had to offer.

Lexus LM 350h

The new Lexus LM 350h provides the passenger with a luxurious experience with plush interiors. The experience doesn't just end at the passenger, it also carries on to the driver. The ride comfort and well-handling nature of the car further enhances the LM 350h's beauty.

From the outside, the new LM 350h has the traditional MPV look, but with a few accentuated features to make it stand out, but just subtly. The real luxury is on the inside, though. The moment the doors open, a new world is unlocked.

"World's First" Features

The driver and passenger get the World's first 48-inch ultrawide screen with an option of single or dual-screen viewing, for either business or pleasure.

The rear passengers of the Lexus LM 350h get a few more "World First" features. Starting off, it comes with a Matrix sensor A/C that incorporates warmth sensing infrared rays. The integrated controls of the vents are aimed at the passenger's face, chest, upper legs, and lower legs. The A/C also comes with modes: Focus, Relax, and Energize.

Lexus LM 350h Front Interior

The seats of the new LM 350h come with the slide range of 480mm with the options of electronic or manual sliding. The rear seats can also be folded flat to accommodate more luggage, even if the second row is reclined.

Another thing super unique is the inclusion of frequency-sensing piston valves located inside the shock absorber. This basically helps enhance the ride comfort inside the cabin as it controls the damping force when the car goes over some undulation or bump.

"Lexus First" Feaures

Apart from these "World First'' features, the Lexus LM 350h also comes with a good bunch of "Lexus First" features. A few of these include a removable remote panel which allows the rear seat occupants to control that area's functions with ease.

Next, the new luxury MPV includes armrest and ottoman heaters, and this also hasn't been seen on any Lexus model as of yet. This feature enables the passenger to remain comfortable even on the coldest of days.

Lexus LM 350h Interior

The LM 350h also gets a separate audio system for the front and rear, creating a personalized experience for the passengers in the car. The front gets one audio system, while the rear gets another one, with an option to connect headphones.

Another feature seen is the inclusion of Roll Control. When the vehicle is cornering, the sensors apply the brakes in a way, not to slow down the car, but to stabilize the car and avoid throwing the passengers around.

What Else?

The cabin of this new luxury Lexus MPV screams silence thanks to the smart placement of sound absorption, vibration damping, and insulation materials. It provides the passenger with a calming environment and gives them the ability to tune out.

We also find ambient lighting in the LM 350h, further bringing out the whole passenger experience. The interior utilizes traditional Japanese design which is known for its class and elegance, and that is clearly seen and felt.

Engine Specs

The new Lexus LM 350h comes powered by a 2.5-litre inline-4 hybrid engine that produces a total power of 246.7bhp (184kW). The engine is paired to a high-output and low-resistance battery that gives a strong boost and good economy.

The vehicle also includes Lexus' all-wheel drive system, the E-Four technology. This system uses a motor in the front which has an output of 179.7bhp (134kW) and another motor in the rear which pushes out 53.6bhp (40kW).
