Lamborghini Unveils The New Benchmark Temerario At Pebble Beach 2024
Automobili Lamborghini unveiled the all-new Temerario at the Lamborghini Lounge during Monterey Car Week 2024. The exclusive villa, transformed into a curated brand experience, highlighted modern Italian heritage and innovation in driving. The Temerario was showcased in two new colours, Blu Marinus (blue) and Verde Mercurius (green), available with the 'Alleggerita' package for track enthusiasts.
Guests at the Lamborghini Lounge experienced an immersive mixed reality (MR) presentation. This allowed them to view virtual elements alongside the physical car, showcasing its aerodynamics and engine details. The Temerario sets a new standard in the super sports car segment with its exceptional performance.
The event also featured Lamborghini's latest models, completing the brand’s hybrid lineup. The Urus SE, Lamborghini's first PHEV luxury Super SUV, and the Revuelto, a high-performance hybrid super sports car delivering 1015 CV, were on display. Visitors enjoyed an exclusive in-car sound system demonstration by Sonus faber in the Revuelto.
Lamborghini Squadra Corse presented three motorsports models: the SC63 hybrid racecar prototype, the Huracán GT3 EVO2 based on the Huracán STO, and the Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 designed for one-make series racing. These models highlight Lamborghini's commitment to innovation in motorsport.
Roger Dubuis showcased their latest timepiece, the Excalibur Spider Flyback Chronograph. Inspired by supercar engineering, this watch is adorned in Verde Mantis, matching the SC63 racecar. This collaboration celebrates Roger Dubuis' long-standing partnership with Lamborghini Squadra Corse.
The Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance attracts thousands of automotive enthusiasts annually. Celebrating its 35th anniversary, the Concept Lawn displayed anticipated future concepts. The Lamborghini Temerario stood out for its technical and stylistic innovations among other collector cars competing for Best in Show on Pebble Beach Golf Links' 18th fairway.
Exclusive Experiences
Throughout Monterey Car Week, VIP guests explored why the new Temerario is unique through various experiences at the Lamborghini Lounge. They delved into its design and performance features via interactive displays and expert presentations.
Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, along with Design Director Mitja Borkert served as Honorary Judges at Sunday’s ceremonies. Their presence underscored Lamborghini's influence in automotive elegance and innovation.
The Urus SE boasts combined fuel consumption of 2.08 l/100km and power consumption of 39.5 kWh/100 km. Its CO2 emissions are 51.25 g/km under WLTP standards. With a discharged battery, it consumes 12.9 l/100km with corresponding CO2 emissions classified under efficiency class G.
The Revuelto has combined fuel consumption of 11.86 l/100km and power consumption of 10.1 kWh/100 km with CO2 emissions at 276 g/km under WLTP standards. When its battery is discharged, it consumes 17.8 l/100km with CO2 emissions also classified under efficiency class G.
The event highlighted Lamborghini's dedication to blending tradition with cutting-edge technology through their latest models and collaborations.
