Kwik Fit Boosts Mobile Service With Fleet Of 100 Mercedes-Benz Vans
Kwik Fit, the UK's top car servicing and repair company, has acquired over 100 new Mercedes-Benz Sprinters for its Premium Mobile Tyre Fitting service. This addition of 107 advanced vehicles aims to meet the rising demand from fleet and retail drivers nationwide. The investment decision was influenced by the Sprinter's reliability and integrated service package, which includes Europe-wide 24/7 Breakdown and Roadside Assistance.
The initial batch of 15 vans has already been deployed to high-demand areas across the UK. The remaining 92 vehicles will be introduced throughout the year, with potential for more as part of an ongoing replacement model. Mark Wellings, Mobile Divisional Director at Kwik Fit, stated: "Our objective is to provide a premium, professional mobile tyre fitting service that prioritises convenience and flexibility for customers across the UK, but this can only be achieved if we have enough vans on the road."
Wellings added that the agreement for over 100 new Mercedes-Benz Sprinters will help meet increasing service demands while reducing fleet downtime. This is due to the vans' well-documented reliability and comprehensive support package. Supplied by Mercedes-Benz dealership Motus Track & Van, these vehicles are expected to significantly enhance Kwik Fit’s operational efficiency.
Sarah Palfreyman, Van Sales Director at Mercedes-Benz Vans, expressed her satisfaction with supporting Kwik Fit's fleet expansion.
