Kia Sonet GTX Variant Launched At Rs 13.71 Lakh; Seltos X-Line Gets A New Shade

Kia India has introduced new variants and colour options for its popular SUV, the Sonet. The Sonet now features a GTX trim, positioned between the HTX+ and GTX+ variants, with a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 13.71 lakh.

The new Sonet GTX comes loaded with features such as a 360-degree surround camera with blind spot monitor, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats, powered driver seat, air purifier, auto headlamps, front and rear parking sensors, LED fog lamps, and six airbags.

New Colour Options for Sonet GTX and Seltos X-Line Variant

The Sonet GTX is available in seven paint schemes: Sparkling Silver, Pewter Olive, Gravity Grey, Aurora Black Pearl, Intense Red, Imperial Blue, and Glacier White Pearl. Additionally, the X-Line variant of the Seltos now comes in Aurora Black Pearl colour alongside the previously available Matte Graphite option.

Powertrain Options for Sonet GTX

The Sonet GTX offers two powertrain choices: a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine paired with a seven-speed DCT gearbox and a 1.5-litre diesel engine mated to a six-speed automatic torque converter unit. With these updates to the Seltos and Sonet SUVs, Kia India aims to maintain its strong presence in the competitive SUV market.
