To use this service, customers need to visit Kia India's website and select 'Exchange your Car' from the "Buy" section. They must then provide basic details about their vehicle, such as make, model, variant, manufacturing year, and kilometres driven. This feature offers an estimated price for the vehicle from the comfort of their home.
