Hyundai Venue Executive Variant Launched At Rs 9.99 Lakh – Turbo Petrol Variant Becomes Affordable
In a bid to attract more customers, Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has launched the Hyundai Venue Executive variant with the turbo petrol engine. This newly introduced mid-spec variant of the Venue SUV is priced at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom), making it a very attractive proposition in the segment.
Thanks to this newly introduced variant, the Hyundai Venue SUV equipped with the turbo petrol engine becomes a lot more affordable. Also, thanks to this unique blend of performance and affordability, we expect the model to attract the attention of the younger demographic.
In fact, the new Hyundai Venue Executive variant with the turbo petrol engine is priced at Rs 1.75 lakh below the Venue S(O) variant equipped with the same powertrain configuration.
That being said, the turbo petrol engine in the new Hyundai Venue Executive variant is a 1.0-litre unit with 118bhp and 172Nm of peak torque. Furthermore, this engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Coming to the exterior, the new Hyundai Venue Executive variant features 16-inch steel wheels with an attractive-looking wheel cover. Furthermore, these 16-inch wheels come wrapped in 215/60-section tyres.
Interesting details on the new Hyundai Venue Executive variant includes the use of dark chrome finish on the front grille and the use of 'Executive' badge on the tailgate and roof rails.
Stepping inside, the buyers are likely to be surprised by the features offered by the new Hyundai Venue Executive variant. In fact, the model comes equipped with an 8-inch infotainment unit with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument cluster, and even a rear wiper.

That being said, the new Hyundai Venue Executive variant does look somewhat basic as it misses on a few upmarket-looking features such as LED headlights, LED DRLs, and electric sunroof.
Primary rivals of the new Hyundai Venue Executive variant include the likes of Nissan Magnite Turbo, Renault Kiger Turbo, and Kia Sonet Turbo. Out of these, the Kia Sonet Turbo uses the same engine, but the model is slightly pricier at Rs 10.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
