Hyundai Reigns Supreme In J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Tech Experience Index For Fifth Year
Hyundai has once again been named the top mass-market brand in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Tech Experience Index (TXI) StudySM, marking its fifth consecutive year of recognition. This study evaluates how well automakers integrate new technologies into their vehicles and measures user satisfaction during the first 90 days of ownership.
The 2024 Santa Fe has also received the J.D. Power Mass Market Infotainment and Connectivity award for its innovative phone-based Digital Key technology. This feature allows drivers to start their vehicle using a smartphone app and Near-Field Communication (NFC) technology instead of a traditional key, enhancing convenience and security.
Olabisi Boyle, senior vice president of product planning and mobility strategy at Hyundai Motor North America, expressed gratitude for the recognition. "We appreciate this recognition for cutting-edge tech because we work hard to put the customer at the center and work to make sure the tech viscerally connects," Boyle stated. "It is important that the tech is innovative and enhances safety and provides a driving experience that is safer, smoother, and more satisfying."
