The 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe has been named the top midsize SUV in driver satisfaction by J.D. Power's 2024 U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) StudySM. This new model has received high praise for its consumer appeal and satisfaction within its segment.
Hyundai's overall performance has also been notable, with the brand advancing three ranks to secure fourth place among mass-market automakers. The 2024 Hyundai Kona achieved second place in the Small SUV segment, showcasing significant improvements across various categories.
Robert Mansfield, vice president of global automotive at J.D. Power, presented the Best Midsize SUV trophy for the Hyundai Santa Fe to Ricky Lao and Olabisi Boyle from Hyundai Motor North America on July 23, 2024, in Fountain Valley, California.
