2024 Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: Top 5 Things You Need To Know
Hyundai has introduced the updated Alcazar in India, featuring significant design enhancements and new features. The refreshed model starts at Rs 14.99 lakh for the petrol version and Rs 15.99 lakh for the diesel variant, both available in a 7-seater configuration. The Alcazar facelift showcases a revamped exterior with H-shaped LED DRLs connected by a light bar and a larger grille with horizontal slats. The rear now sports full-width tail lamps resembling those on the Venue, featuring a prominent H motif. Silver accents on the bumpers add a sporty touch, complemented by newly designed 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.

Inside, the Alcazar facelift adopts the same dashboard layout as the Creta facelift. Other changes include the removal of fixed centre console between the captain seats, creating more space and allowing easier access to the third row from the second row. 2024 Hyundai Alcazar Engine Options
Mechanically, the Alcazar facelift retains its previous engine options: a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 160hp and 253Nm of torque, available with either a 6-speed manual or an optional 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission; and a 1.5-litre diesel engine generating 116hp and 250Nm of torque, paired with either a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox. Both engines feature front-wheel drive configurations.

The fuel efficiency of the Alcazar facelift remains impressive. The turbo-petrol engine offers an ARAI-certified mileage of 17.5kpl with the manual transmission and 18kpl with the dual-clutch automatic. The diesel engine delivers 20.1kpl when paired with the manual gearbox and 18.1kpl with the automatic transmission.
