HORSE Unveils Ambitious '2030 Sustainability Plan' To Achieve Net Zero By 2050

The company has already submitted its commitment to the Net Zero Standard to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), with the ultimate goal of becoming a carbon net zero sustainable mobility company by 2050. The plan encompasses various key milestones to be achieved by 2030, including reducing emissions through the supply network and ensuring that 60% of total global sales consist of low-carbon engines.One of the main pillars of HORSE's sustainability commitment is the aim to have 60% of total global sales comprised of low-carbon engines by the end of the decade. This will include hybrid and flex fuel powertrains, as well as next-generation hybrid, lightweight range extenders, and synthetic and hydrogen-fuelled power solutions.
