Honda's SUV Lineup Recognised As #1 For Brand Loyalty By J.D. Power In 2024 Study
Honda has been recognised for its brand loyalty among mainstream SUV owners, receiving the top spot from J.D. Power on 25th September. This accolade is based on the performance of Honda's SUVs in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Automotive Brand Loyalty Study, which includes models like the HR-V, CR-V, Passport, Pilot, and the all-electric Prologue.
The J.D. Power study, now in its sixth year, evaluates vehicle owner loyalty by examining if customers stick with the same brand when trading in or purchasing a new vehicle. Awards are given to brands with the highest loyalty rates across segments such as mainstream and luxury SUVs, cars, and trucks.

Jessika Laudermilk, assistant vice president of Honda Auto Sales, expressed pride in this achievement: "Owner loyalty is the most cherished measure of success in the auto industry which makes the J.D. Power Brand Loyalty award a special honor for Honda and our dealers nationwide."
Laudermilk further stated that Honda's dedication to quality stems from their associates who design and manufacture rugged SUVs in America. The company aims to maintain high standards in value, sales, and service to continue earning customer loyalty.
Honda's diverse lineup includes vehicles like the Civic and Accord alongside SUVs such as HR-V, CR-V, Passport, Prologue, and Pilot. Their range also features the Ridgeline pickup and Odyssey minivan.
